Unlike standard placement machines that have been adapted to LED assembly, the HCT automatic pick and place machines are purpose built, allowing it to do its one thing – building LED boards and LED driver boards – really well.
LED tube, circular LED light bulb boards, LED driver boards and even irregularly shaped boards can also be assembled quickly, accurately and reliably on all models in the HCT automatic series.
Product Features:
• High-accuracy: Each of the eight pick-up heads is equipped with a FLYING vision alignment camera to guarantee high accuracy.
• High-speed: Maximum placement speed reaching 0.09s/chip.
• With a SMEMA-compatible inline conveyor for line automation.
• Each mounting head has its own Z – direction closed-loop stepper motor, which is designed for vertical motion.
• Places SMD components from 0603 to 7474, including resistors, capacitors, high-power LED, standard and irregularly shaped LEDs.
• Suitable for all LED lighting products, including T5/T8, flexible PCB strips, circular LED light bulb boards and even irregularly shaped boards. Assembles LED PCBs up to 1.2 meters long in a single pass.
• Heavy marble platform support to ensure long-service life.
